This is the end of the draft. In a league ruling,
since Antarctic is just 1 pitcher short...and didn't submit
any picks for Part Three, the league will go into normal
free agency for a couple weeks. Antarctic will be put
at the top of the transaction order.

Notes: This just refers to meeting the
roster minimum requirements and may mean that minor leaguers
are being used to qualify you at certain positions. You'll get a chance later on through free agency to make
sure you have a valid lineup. Since you can put
pitchers in any spot regardless of "SP" or "RP" designation
(Kerry Wood as
an example), we're merely counting pitchers, not
determining whether or not you have the right mix of
starters and relievers.
If your team is not listed, you have at least the
minimum roster. However, it's possible that our query
is checking players who can play more than one position in
both spots, so you should check to be certain.
Participating in the rest of Phase Two is then optional
for your team.
